Bibby Scientific have just released enhanced versions of their popular Stuart Undergrad stirrer hotplate range, with high contrast, red LED digital temperature displays replacing the backlit dial indicators of the standard models. The display, which has a resolution of 1°C, allows more accurate indication of surface temperature and can easily be monitored from some distance across the laboratory. Otherwise, the digital models retain all the great features of their analogue stablemates, providing a cost-effective, heating and stirring solution for most applications.
